I’m just like you, a busy working mother of three, trying to juggle work, life, family, and health and fitness. I don’t live in the gym, I actually work at a desk all day.
I squeeze in my exercise early in the morning before the kids wake up or at lunch time, and I spend a couple of hours on Sunday meal prepping my food for the week.
My passion is helping other busy women find the time to prioritize their health and fitness, and make it fit easily into their normal daily lives.
