Meet Your Coach

Hi there!  I’m Shannon Labrador, Health & Nutrition Coach, and founder of Forever Health Nutrition.

If you’ve ever experienced discomfort after eating and haven’t been able to identify the cause, you’re not alone.  I’ve had those same issues.

When I started eating “healthier”, I would sometimes experience bloating, gas, discomfort, all of those unpleasant things that no one wants to talk about!  I’ve been there.

Why would I have those types of symptoms eating healthy food?  I was baffled, until I discovered a few key strategies that changed everything.  And now I want to share that with you so that you don’t have to continue to experience that discomfort.  

My mission is to help you learn to prioritize yourself, lose weight, and improve your health so that you can have the body and life that you deserve.
