How Does it Work?

I start by breaking complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that add up to massive improvements in your health and wellness. You’ll develop healthy habits that become second nature and last a lifetime.

Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits, one day at a time. I’ll sweat the details so that you can breathe easily and focus only on the next step in front of you.

I’ll start with you — your life, needs, and goals. Then I’ll develop a personalized plan to help you eat, move, and live better — in a way that fits into real, everyday life.

This method uses a nutritional progression model that helps you change your habits. It's the opposite of a diet, and it works.  The result?  You’ll lose the weight (and inches) that you haven’t been able to shed for years, develop a better relationship with food, and say goodbye to dieting, food obsessions, and body anxieties for good.

I use software that automatically delivers an online nutrition coaching curriculum that will help you:

  • practice new eating habits,

  • troubleshoot your biggest challenges,

  • stay consistent, motivated, and accountable, and

  • radically improve your nutrition, lifestyle, and health.

With daily tips and guidance to practice your daily habits, you’re set up to succeed in getting long-term, sustainable results.

I believe that there are three key components necessary to succeed in making sustainable lifestyle changes - a positive mindset, accountability, and consistency.

I'm not talking about fake positivity, but seeing the opportunity in challenges - the opportunity to learn, improve, and grow.

  • ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability is taking responsibility for your actions, which ultimately gives you control over your own health and success.

  • CONSISTENCY

The difference between success and failure is consistency.  If you can learn to do something consistently, you’ll tap into a much greater superpower than the habit itself: the belief that you’re completely capable of changing your behavior.

Who is this for?

This program may NOT be for everyone.  While simple, it's not going to be easy.  Lifestyle changes take work and effort, and they don't happen overnight.  Having the right expectations is so important to being successful in the program.
